If there were no clients prostitution would no exist. However since there are clients they need to make it safer for both. I would be curious to know how many in government use Call Girls or have Mistresses, probably more than we think. I love it when they are holier than thou and hypocritical at the same time.

Isn't that pretty much all the time? Governments typically are 'do as we say, not as we do'.
