King and Queen hear their wedding anniversary music

The King and Queen today arrived at church to hear music written for their 20th wedding anniversary.

The then Prince of Wales married Camilla Parker Bowles on 9th April 2005. Camilla, of course, is Charles's second wife after Princess Diana.

Camilla was quite unpopular with the British public at the time of the marriage and they didn't want her as a future Queen, but Charles's mother Queen Elizabeth II eventually ordered that Camilla becomes Queen when her son becomes King.

Today, Camilla is held in much higher regard amongst the public.

King Charles III and Queen Camilla celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary during their State Visit to Italy.

Queen Camilla has revealed that despite still recovering from cancer the King does not want to slow down his duties to his country and that he's enjoying his job as monarch.

There are also rumours that US President Donald Trump may meet the King in Scotland for talks this summer...

Queen Camilla is the rock / strength in that relationship. Their relationship is a lot longer than just the married years. She is a marvelous support for him and now with the cancer diagnoses complicating things, her quiet , steady, matter of fact strength has been so essential for the two of them. She does not try to steal the stage as she is secure in herself and them.....as a couple.

More power to them with Congratulations on their milestone anniversary. Hoping his cancer will recede into remission so he can restore his over all health. His life is challenging as it is , with so many expectations placed on him.
