Justin Trudeau Gives Holocaust Remembrance Speech – Here’s One Thing He Forgets
When you think of speech on the Renaissance, you wouldn’t be far fetched to assume it would, at some point mention Leonardo da Vinci or Michelangelo. Likewise, it would be logical to assume that a documentary on the history of the automobile would – at some point, would mention Ford.
Okay, so maintaining this train of thought for a Holocaust remembrance speech, it would not be a stretch to assume that it would at some point mention the 6 million Jews who where slaughtered by the Nazis.
However, all of this goes out the window if you happen to be Canada’s Liberal Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau.
Yesterday, January 27, was International Holocaust Remembrance Day. And our Social-Justice-Warrior-in-Chief had to put his regular day-to-day actives on hold – such as figuring out how to change our national anthem to make it more “gender neutral” – and attend a Holocaust remembrance ceremony to deliver a speech. Here’s the transcript;
If you’re wondering why there’s no mention or acknowledgment of the 6 million Jews who died in the Holocaust, you’re not alone.
But then again, this is the same Prime Minister who hand picked Omar Alghabra – that guy who mourned the passing of terrorist Yasser Arafat, calling his actions “the Palestinian just cause of struggle for freedom and self-determination” – as his senior policy advisor.
Let’s just be thankful that Trudeau didn’t use this as an opportunity to lecture us on our Islamaphobia.

“On this day, we pay tribute to the memory of the millions of victims murdered during the Holocaust. We honour those who survived atrocities at the hands of the Nazi regime, and welcome their courageous stories of hope and perseverance.
The Holocaust is a stark reminder of the dangers and risks of allowing hate, prejudice, and discrimination to spread unchallenged. It also reminds us that silence must never be an option when humanity is threatened.
As we pause to educate ourselves and our families on the bitter lessons of the Holocaust, we also strengthen our resolve to work with domestic and international partners to continue defending human rights and condemning intolerance.”
