Some people broke the law maybe, so we should fire everyone.
Problem there are rules that are used to ensure we have a society
instead of tribal regions. We have a constitution a blueprint of law.
Even if charged with a crime you are presumed to be innocent until
guilt is proven.
To act outside of these considerations brings other problems for us all.
Anarchy,, chaos, the idea we can go on witch hunts. No it doesn't
happen immediately but if you discard the precept of law you invite
real serious abuse.

The people rule and they have presumed quilt. Of course the guilty bastards will have the formality of being presumed innocent. It would be expedient to gather up some kindling though.

Yep, no doubt some are less guilty than others, but I don't think we NEED a senate. Of course there is always room for give and take and if some of the more scrupulous ones wanted to carry on for a stipend of $40-$50 grand a year and pack a lunch bucket, perhaps an arrangement like that could be accommodated. With cell phones and lap top computers, I don't see a need for continual tearing A$$ing around the country. These people should be setting an example for people who do have to be frugal.

and hair suits and sandals and they have to scrub the chambers with toothbrushes once a week. They should do something constructive and be seen to be doing it.

O fcourse I'm mostly interested in Harper being pulled into the mud by his crooked creations. I would think that just.

You know damn well "something is rotten in Denmark" when a province like P.E.I. has a similar number of senators as a province the size of British Columbia. It's not friggin' rocket science, just theft and skulduggery!

I guess we know about Harpers human resource judgement now don't we. That would also explain the sleazy international company he keeps as well.

Looks like the audit will be extending to all Senators.... Pretty fair to say that trudeau-lite is being extra quiet on this issue as there are a ton of Lib appointed Senators sitting today.

Ought to get really interesting, really fast once the investigations are in full swing.
