What would you do if mortar shells were fired from Mexico or Canada day by day into the United States? Those of you did not walk in destroyed towns in Normandy, see the ruins of cities in Iraq, view the destruction of Somalia cannot know what war will cause to civilians.
What about Hamas deliberately placing children and women in direct harm so the world would blame Israelis for war crimes? To Israel's credit, they drop leaflets from the air to warn civilians of attack. Often, they make telephone calls to alert civilians about bombings. What they got in return was putting civilians in direct danger on purpose for Hamas propaganda purposes.

Nice little anti Israel site, just as I said, a Hamas propaganda tool. Funded by Syria and Iran. Yes the drone does exist, we call it 'The Predator" I can just see them holding a little tea party as they shoot rockets into Israel. What do you expect Israel to do, just let them attack them.
If Americans treated Canadians the same way Israelis have treated Palestinians I bet more than a few Canadians would become suicide bombers and make home made rockets and mortars.

Americans have no need to invade Canada. They are free to visit and open businesses and vice versa.
Your believe that Hamas had to place women and children in direct harm in order to accuse Israel of committing war crimes is ridiculous. Israel is accused of war crimes because they deliberately bombed shelters full of civilians as well as used white phosphorus in densely populated areas. They are accused of crimes against humanity because they deliberately prevent food and medicine from reaching the malnourished and sick.
Those war crimes and crimes against humanity cannot be credibly denied, unlike killing women and children with conventional weapons during the confusion of a battle, which our media routinely labels as "collateral damage" and then ignores.
Hamas could not exist without people like you. Nor could they exist without the human shields they hide behind.
Militant groups like Hamas exist because of 60 years of oppression and injustice. Give Palestinians freeedom and justice and they will stop supporting these extremist groups.

Regarding the use of human shields this TYT video examines claims from both sides.

It first considers the Israeli side and then the Palestinian side. Like TYT, I also tend to believe the claims made by the Israeli officer about Hamas setting booby trapping in and fighting from residential areas. Is this an example of using human shields? Perhaps, but if that's true, then the same can be said whenever any city becomes a battleground, for example Leningrad during WW II.
But... consider the Paletinian side. You will see video of armed IDF soldiers forcing unarmed Palestinian civilians to walk in front of them as they search for armed militants. IMO, that literally is using civilians as human shields.
I recommend you watch the video and make up your mind.

Now you can choose to believe or not believe these recent accounts as I doubt any video proof exists. All we have are first person testimonials and eye witnesses accounts.
But consider also that the IDF has a long history of using civilians as human shields despite an Israeli Supreme Court ban on the practice. If the IDF wasn't using civilians as human shields, why would they defend the practice at the ISC???

Perhaps Ironsides you can explain how you are able to condemn Hamas for defending themselves from an IDF invasion into densely populated urban area (effectvely using civilians as human shields by virtue of close proximity) and yet say nothing about the IDF literally abducting children and forcing them to march in front of them as they fire over their shoulders and between their legs at their adversaries. Seems to me you are being more than just a little hypocritical....

I support Israel with tax dollars. I wouldn't want to be anti-Israel. Israel creates an excuse to commit war crimes and complains how it is being attacked. Why did Israel use phosphorus? What was the purpose? Is there any proof that schools ,hospitals, mosques UN buildings had any weapons or fighters in them?
