The federal government has been sending Ethiopians and Somalis into Minnesota since the days of George HW Bush. It has continued all these years and it has has never stopped. While the majority of these people have adjusted to society, especially thanks to all the welfare they have gotten, a number of them still have failed to make any adjustment and succumb to the ideas of Islamic extremists.
