I don't know about that because I heard they don't even have cats in Russia - so how could Putin have a photo op of him rescuing cats from flood waters? I have seen a photo of a shirtless Putin sitting on a horse - there were no cats in the photo but I did think Putins pecks looked air brushed. Cheers!
