can't we all just play nice?

I've got a lovely side of salmon in the oven...should taste spectacular but not like turtle.

What consistancy does turtle meat have? Is it a white meat or pink meat? DO NOT say it tastes like chicken... I will be so disappointed.

It tastes like turtle, it does look and feel a little like chicken meat though.

well I feel so enlightened....

is it a fully unique flavour? not fishy? I think I may have to head to T&T see if they have any...give it a try.

Sorry, I always have difficulty explaining what stuff tastes like, lol. People ask me what wild turkey tastes like and I say turkey.

You'll know you're eating turtle, so ya, I guess you could say it was unique, but it's not so strong that it will turn you off.

(I'm truly surprised no one had said that yet...it was right over the plate yet no one swung at it! LOL!)

I think Li is the Chinese Smith.

By the bye, neither Smith nor Jones is in the top five of English-language surnames.

I'm not too sure about that. The English name Smith is the most popular surname in England (1.26% of people), with the Welsh name Jones in second place (0.75% of people).

Smith is the most popular name in Scotland (although Jones isn't even in the top 20), and the most popular name in Wales is the Welsh name Jones (with Smith in 12th place).

Smith is the most common surname in the UK as a whole, Australia and the US; the second most common in Canada; and the fifth most common in Ireland.

In the USA, Jones is the fifth most common surname, with 57.7% of them being White, 37.7% of them being Black, 1.4% of them being Hispanic and 0.9% of them being Native American.
