Is drug harm reduction aided by legalizing the least harmful drug; Pot?

The segregation of various states of intoxication, highs, and the person in that state, is patently unjust.

Care should go to all, regardless of drug. Discrimination must end.

Is it foolish to legalize the least harmful drug, as a way to show care, while not caring for the people who need care the most; the people dying by the thousands in our streets, from opioid use?

In a word, no.If the drug causes no harm legalizing it does not reduce harm.

If a drug causes harm, helping people to use it in safe places reduces harm.

I think we are on the same page, from your last two sentences, which speak to reducing harm.

I am not sure how you got a "No" to lead off a yes reply.
