They are "upset" because on sept 11 "extremists" were allowed to protest against the u.s. in the streets of London and outside the u.s. embasy. The EDL felt that they should not have been allowed. Are you saying you agree with the EDL on this?

They are also against "Halal" meats.

Oh, I think that they most certainly should have been allowed to gather......and protest quietly.....while the police (as they do in every protest) take pictures and ID those involved.

Any person has the right to protest.

once IDed, those the next night, the police should knock on the doors of any of the protesters that were NOT British citizens, and arrest them, cart them to the nearest airport, and put them on a plane for whatever Islamic hell-hole they crawled out of.

They might have to put up with freedom of speech.....no nation has to put up with foreigners they do not want.

Are you actually going to to debate the topic, EDL, or just dance around like EAO and Abtfet?

LOL, guess you really can't support your claims that the EDL are so much above reproach when you so readily accuse me of being eao or abfet.

Weak Bear, very weak.

Can you point out my claims there EAO?

I can point out where I proved yours wrong.

Unfortunately. most of them are probably born in GB.......

That is part of what makes the EDL correct.

See Bear, what I have done, by asking a simple question, is show that Colpy is making accusations out of his ass. Now, how is that like eao or abfet?

Ummmm...no you haven't. You've made personal claims. That is it.

I'm not Colpy, nor were my posts Colpy's.

Nice try though.

That was an excellent example of "Look over there>>>>>>>".

Historical Flags - St. George's Cross Flag

This flag was in use during the crusades

Don't like me using your ways I see.

You quoted my question to Colpy and asked if I was going to "debate" the OP. I replied to that showing what the reason was for my simple 2 word question. Now you are going on about you not being colpy and your posts weren't colpy's...... ok...and your point is what?

How EAO of you.

Thank you for proving me right, just like Abtfet...

Did you miss this...

The symbol of England. Not the Crusades. It was a British Regimental ensign. It was worn by British Soldiers long before the crusades. Long after the crusades and is still part of the British military. Adopted by British football fans, long before the EDL was born.

The myth/legend is, that it was adopted/assigned for the crusades.

You're confusing monastic orders like Templars Cross...

... or the Crusaders Cross.

... The preceding have as much to with St George, as Ontario, Montreal, and Nanaimo have to do with Crusaders.
It's what they're distancing themselves from. Should I judge you by other Christians?

When you're done arguing like Abtfet or EAO, maybe you can get around to actually debating the EDL and/or their policies.

They're not my ways.

You should stop posting like EAO and Abtfet. You look silly.

Never really noticed how dense you are when you get so single minded. I proved that it was used during the crusades. It is recognized by many as a symbol of Christian war against Islam. Now, just because you don't want to acknowledge that, is not my problem and you posting how it was around before and after really means nothing. The simple fact is that many people recognize it as a symbol of the Christian Crusades, even if it was not meant for that. I am sure it IS the reason it was chosen as a symbol for EDL. Can I prove that yet? Nope, but give me time and I will. I am sure, however, that when I do you will discount it as inconsequential.

Still can't debate EDL policies eh EAO?

The only inconsequential things around here that are discountable, are your posts.

Let me know when you have something of relevance Abtfet.

If you mouse over the "campaigns" heading on their front page, you will see a link that says "No more Mosques". How convenient that it doesn't seem to go anywhere.

and by the way, you call me eao or abfet one more fu cking time and you will see the old fu cking Gerry back with a fu cking vengeance. Understand?

I imagine this is all bullshyte also.

Nearly 2000 supporters of the English Defence League (EDL) descended upon Dudley town centre today opposing plans for the building of a Mosque in the area.

The English Defence League held a protest today in Dudley town centre against plans to build a Mosque in the local area. Nearly 2000 EDL protesters held up placards with slogans such as “Labour forcing mosques on Britain”, “Muslim bombers off our streets” and “Say no to the mosque”.

But I'm sure you can read all manner of stuff into a blank page though eh?

Don't like it? Stop acting like them. Just like when you call me out when I act like them or any of the other usual suspects, you'll get the same respect from me.

They may post tolerance on their website, but action speaks louder than words....or type face.

Has anyone checked to see with KOR on our food means? It means Kosher, check to see how many of these products you eat every day? We don't have any say in this and our government does nothing.

Out of curiousity, what is it about kosher food that makes it objectionable to you?

Why should our government do something about kosher food? Are you required to buy food that is kosher? Who forces you to buy it?

It's proof of their intolerance. It's gives lie to their insistence that they are only against "extremist muslims".
