In all fairness, though, I have not been to all provinces, so cannot give opinions about Quebec and the Maritimes. Ontario has too much humidity for me, at least where I have been, Manitoba is, well Manitoba (actually, too cold, too many mosquitoes. Did have the Guess Who, though so it can't be all bad), and Sask is way too flat, no geography attraction, at least in the southern half.
How about you, same question?
Well, I've been to 8 or 10 provinces (missing NL and SK) and six have only been for short times. Aside from Quebec and Ontario I haven't been anywhere else for more than a week.
I find an appeal in every province so really this is a hard decision. I don't too hung up on the taxes and the specific of politics in each place, but I would live anywhere in Canada and still feel at home. It really depends on where in the province and more on what I"m doing. If I moved to Calgary (which I was trying to do), life would probably be the same as it is here now, except no lake and bigger hills. Now if I could retire and live a life of leisure, this would be different.
Also, it my family coming with me, or do I have to go back to Toronto to see them, cause then I'd pick Quebec.
I know I"m not answering the question, but here are a few places in each province I'd like to go. Vancouver Island or Okanagan Valley, Calgary/Banff Area, Whitehorse, Manitoba interlakes region, North shore of Superior (opps that is Ontario, but it is Northern Ontario so that is like a different province), Montreal or Gaspe, Saint John River Valley and Nova Scotia (Anywhere). PEI is too small and that bridge is way too expensive!

I suspect I could find somewhere in NL and SK too.
Sorry I couldn't narrow it down, but Canada is so nice.
