This is a marvelous argument in the Quran against the idolaters:
Quran 6: 46-47, which mean:
(46. Say: "Tell me your opinion if God takes away your hearings [leaving you deaf] and your sights [leaving you blind] and seals up your hearts [with covers], who is a god, other than God, who may restore that to you?"
See [Mohammed] how We display the revelations to them [in various ways]; yet thereafter they turn away [from you and from the Quran.]
47. Say: "Tell me your opinion: if God's punishment comes upon you all of a sudden or openly, will any perish [with it] save the people of the wrongdoers?")
