If God removed my anus, who would restore it to me? I could survive without sight or hearing; but without an anus, I would surely die without rapid medical intervention.

The translation of the Quran is in fact the translation of its meaning; i.e. it is the translation of its explanation .. so Rodwell translated what he understood of the Quran (in addition to being a clergy man having his own motives)

While my translation of the meaning of the Quran is according to the Quran explanation by the interpreter of the Quran and the Bible: Mohammed-Ali Hassan Al-Hilly; i.e. the translation of his Arabic book: The Quran Interpretation.

Example: if you take the aya in the Quran 81: 1 in many translations .. you will know they did not understand its true meaning .. so if they themselves don't know its meaning, how can they translate it to the foreigners: the non-Arab?

Moreover, Muslims themselves have not understood its meaning but only generally .. although they admire its eloquence or elegance.

So I asked some young men who graduated at universities about what they understand of this great aya, and they said:
One said: I don't know.
The other said: It means the roundness or spherecity of the sun!
I said: Is not the sun round and spherical now?

Now, I tell you many translations of this great aya:
Khalifa: When the sun is rolled.
Pickthall: When the sun is overthrown,
Shakir: When the sun is covered,
Sherali: When the sun is folded up,
Yusufali: When the sun (with its spacious light) is folded up;
Rodwell: When the sun shall be FOLDED UP, (Or, thrown down.)

Our translation:
When the sun shall be 'divided into many spheres'.
Because the Arabic word indicates the spherecity and to be divided into many spheres according to the Arab poetry.

Quran 81: 1, which means:
When the sun shall be 'divided into many spheres'. a

(On the day [of Doom] when the earth shall be exchanged by another earth, and the [gaseous] heavens too [shall be exchanged by other gaseous heavens]; and [all] shall come forth unto God, the One, the Subduer.)

So although the Arab and others are thrilled with the Quran eloquence and elegance, but yet they do not understand its ambiguous ayat .. and this is its miracle.
