Hopefully, Trump pulls all the Fed funding for these cities until they come-a-crawlin and lick his boots.
That would be nice.
But I'll settle for them just flooding these sanctuary cities with ICE Agents and getting rid of the criminal illegal aliens.
How much will that cost the taxpayer. Pull a Svalbard and except those real criminals, the rest would just work and pay their taxes under a much smaller immigration bureaucracy.
So instead of converting them all into taxpayers, we spend taxes to kick them out. Smart.

The situation is that the wages they are earning would drop them even further below the poverty line then they already are.

Even before a foot of Mr. Trump’s planned border wall is built or any more agents are hired, the threat of being sent home has forced would-be migrants to rethink making the journey, officials said.

I have never understood why so many people in gov't positions in the US refuse to enforce immigration laws.
I'm pretty sure that in Canada, people are picked up and deported on a regular basis if they're here illegally. Why are so many people in the US against this?
