My anti-Americanism has become almost uncontrollable. It has possessed me, like a disease.

When it says this, I know Blackleaf is right or a left wing Canadian wrote it.

It contianed to much vitriolic idiocy to be American self loathing. I thought the same as Jay, lol, or perhaps gopher could have written it.

Not every abstention from war results in an enemy marching into one’s territory. Sometimes you have to question who really is the one who takes it to the level of marching onto the other’s territory.

My eyes are open and I see where the bombing really continues on. Who really is doing all the dying.

I guess you didn't know that Britain had been attacked in their subway system in July 2005 and further there was a terrorist threat a couple of months ago in London on some anniversary.

That is what I meant by the boots walking up to Windsor Castle.

I think irrational anti-amiericanism which resorts to generalisations and epithets (and I'm not necessarily referring to anything that has been said here so far, I'm just saying) is just as ridiculous as irrational American nationalism.

There are too many long, complicated words in the post for it to be written by an American.

It's obvious an English person wrote it.

Did you miss this bit of news Blackleaf?

A network of around 80 "super nannies" is being set up by the government to show parents how to control their unruly children. It's the latest initiative in the government's battle against crime and anti-social behaviour.
It's being announced by the Prime Minister today as part of a government initiative throw the spotlight on the crime and justice system in England and Wales.
Around 80 trained child psychologists will try to improve parenting in areas with high levels of anti-social behaviour.

When you people learn how to take care of your kids without state intervention, perhaps you will have earned the right to talk about American sylabic short-comings...

I loathe American foreign policy, but I don’t loathe Americans. American foreign policy has done allot of damage. It seems whenever they stick their nose in other countries business, as they have done in Panama, Cuba, Iraq, Vietnam, ect, ect. Americas has a history of double standards. A "free" country that claims to stand up for human rights has condoned torture of its prisoners at Guantanamo Bay. American people don’t condone it, but the president does. Americans would not allow these things to happen so the government tries to keep it secrete. That’s why we should be careful about our anti-American sentiment. Most people in the world don’t like America’s foreign policy. It has nothing to do with Americans themselves.
