Then quit whining when people criticise you. You do things that causes people to have a negative perception of you, but when they speak out you say they are just being "anti-American".

Either smarten up or take the criticisms you've worked so hard to earn.

We're smart enough to be where we are today. The worlds best and brightest believe it, that has always been a problem of course.

Millions rallied world wide against Bush's criminal war. Anyone who saw those rallies knows fully well that it was Bush whom they criticized, not the USA.

RE: I Am Not Un-American,

What should we do with Bush apologists then, Gopher? You know as well as I do that there are many Americans who continue to speak out against Bush, along with the rest of the world.

What are we to do about those who claim to oppose Bush's policies, yet defend those policies because not to defend them would be "anti-American"?

"Bush apologists"

Flood every American web forum with posts such as those that you post here. Eventually their closed minds will be opened. It took a war to open up the minds of Germans, Italians, and Japanese from the fascism that befell them. Continued enlightenment such as that which we see on this forum will awaken the deluded Bush supporters.

RE: I Am Not Un-American,

More importantly, do you know anybody at Utne Magazine, Gopher? My subscription is late and it occurs to me that they are from your state. Stop by their offices and ask them where my magaizine is if you get a chance, wouldja? ;-)

Democrat?

No. I vote independent. Prefer Ron Paul who is generally libertarian.

UTNE? I once subscribed and then cancelled the subscription. That was a LONG time ago and those fools still haven't sent me my money!

We may be smart technology wise but most of the people are blind when it comes to the lies of politicians, or is it they just don't want to get involved?
