Inertia isn't "running down" at all. Inertia is maintaining a steady state and it is the opposite of winding down. Inertia reduces the rate of entropy.
You,re a big banger. No such thing ever happened. Your,re appreciation of time is flawed. You seem to believe that it began sometime and you ignore the word eternal. This place was always. and forever, no limits whatever, no beginning and no end. Of course mere humans have trouble with the concept of eternity cuz we humans have to have a beginning and an end to our story and we have neither, the stuff we,re made of is the same as stars.
