You just went through a whole pile of rigmarole trying to justify why the most depraved criminal deserves a lawyer who will do everything in his power to get him acquitted of the charge (you obviously didn't give a f**k if the guy goes out and repeats the same crime) contrary to my contention that every accused deserves a FAIR trial and in many cases NOTHING MORE. That is my theory of the defense lawyer's duties. Of course no defense lawyer in the world will agree with me because it f**ks up his bottom line.
Then just focus on France. It is pretty much agreed that the French have the most cost effective and comprehensive health care system. You will get different rating depending on the source, but I am using WHO's assessment. If you don't like France then any of the Scandinavian democracies will do.

Such health care refusal indicates a very serious thing is happening. So you cannot do anything to reverse it. It is the downhill deterioration which goes so rapid that none can stop it.
Why is this? because the last thing which the government may do is to discard the health care in any way and at any rate even a little bit .. it indicates their despair of any hope. And nothing will save them from the inevitable collapse.
Therefore, if they want to defer or to hinder such collapse of US economy, the American government should:
1- Stop the huge annual contributions to Tel Aviv, which act like parasites on the American economy.

Health Care is largely achieved by prevention first. Prevention is largely achieved by pretty well everything in moderation except physical exercise...............do all you can and increase it in easy stages. Drinking, smoking, eating, resting, sitting should all be done in moderation. Don't sit longer than 20 minutes. Don't worry about stuff you can't do anything about.

That might not be in the best interest of justice. I would do my damndest to contribute to a FAIR trial...............whether the person gets off or not is beside the point. You vote as you think and let the chips fall where they may.
Okay, but most of them are way better, and all of them are way cheaper than the US system. From a conservative perspective, you don't let your competition have that big an advantage over you - a 30% lower input cost on a major line item. You have to match them. The only way to do that is to use the systems they use. There is no way a private enterprise system is going to be as cheap as a single payer system. Studies have shown there is actually a much higher administration cost in the US private system than in the public systems of Canada and the US. So you not only have a lot more administration costs but the need for advertising/promotion and profit. Not to mention inefficiencies of scale.
No real conservative would support a grossly ineffective, inefficient and costly system as the one in the US.
The difference is your paranoid delusional belief that Jewish bankers rule the world is unsupported by logic, evidence or reality. But the religious violence espoused by and practiced by many Muslims, as well as their retrograde social values are a matter of proven reality.
Another thing worth considering would be to provide cooking classes in all public schools to teach children to cook both vegan and comparatively healthy meat dishes. How are people supposed to cook a healthy meal if they don't know how to cook?

It's not meat that's the problem. The Europeans eat meat. They're not fat like Americans. Crossed the New York border last month to see Sister and her kid's high school graduation. God, what a school of fatties. It was like whale watching.
It's the quantity of meat. My wife eats meat at every meal (unless I prepare it
), but she uses it more like a flavouring (typical of much Chinese food preparation) than as a main ingredient. In North America, a slab of meat is often the main ingredient.Look at Italian or other Mediterranean cuisines, and you'll find something similar. Meat is seldom the main ingredient.
Much Indian cuisine is vegetarian too, and what is not vegetarian again tends to use meat as a flavouring rather than as a main ingredient, butter chicken and a few other dishes being the exceptions.
Chinese cuisine has a few exceptions too, such as red cooked pork, but again, those are not typical of most Chinese dishes.
