Overclock Laptop? Cpu & Video

Im looking to possibly overclock my laptop computer. Currently it is a 233mhz system with a crap neomagic video card.. Any links, guide or ideas on how I would do this are happily appreciated.. Also, my system is a ibm 380 series computer.

Laptops dont have the greatest results with overclocking especially some of the older ones. Personally I wouldnt do it myself.
