Wow, see how many people are addicted to this forum?

The withdrawals from here seem to be on par with......smoking. cranky and irritable! lol

This is a compliment to the board that so many get this upset when they can't get their forum fix.

I thought it was just my computer/internet connection that wouldn't allow me on......Glad to know it wasn't

If that’s all it is, why don’t you spray a little Raid? It works great on spiders.

I had noticed that it always seemed to go down at night.

So I came up with the theory that a laser satellite on an elliptical orbit which only got a clear shot each evening, was stalking Canadian Content, so that the main computer had to forgo communications, and raise its shields every night when the Pigs in Space Satellite passed overhead.

GL, here I thought *I* was the only one who'd "wasted" my childhood on SF. Cool!

(And yeah... I'm addicted to this site too. My level of lunacy/tenacity? Well, this place was running slower than molasses in January on the first day I found it, then went down altogether overnight.... and I'm still here. Not sure whether that says more about the site or about me, but there it is.)

I was happy to get my rig back in less than 8 hours after taking it in. And it is working great,too. It sure pays to deal with a small independent computor shop

and look at that, you missed the down time. I usually hope online from work or at the in'laws, so I miss a lot of the server issues. We don't have the internet at home, one of our kids is a total media addict, and I refuse to get cable or internet until I see improvements in school. fighting to pull him off the computer or Tv, is just not a battle I'm willing to fight

We are teaching her to hate the dog catcher, tho ... she gets one of her toys and I ask her, "Where's the dog catcher" and she goes berserk shaking the toy. I'll have to get vid of it. All this since we got nabbed by the dog catcher last week.
