Right, most of them are caused by the body's inability to process calcium. Sugar (mainly processed white sugar and corn syrup) doesn't help.


I'd also say dehydration is a contributing factor. At least with me, it seems to be. I drink 6 to 8 cans of pop a day and no stones for over 4 years.

yeah you are right, but they were kind of a blessing in disguise because I knew I was drinking everything BUT enough water... now I do my two liters a day and it goes down easily...before I was struggling with a couple of cups

I don't know if mine were calcium based or not, guess there are 3 but it was a good warning to clean up a bit...:D
