I made myself a batch of sarsaparilla 3 days back and this AM I cracked a bottle for sampling...
HOLY F***! THIS SH!T IS GOOOOOOD!!!
Best goddamn rootbeer float I've ever had for breakfast.
Tomorrow the Creme Soda will be ripe. I can't wait.

Recipe
- Sarsaparilla Root 1oz
- Licorice Root 1oz
- Wintergreen 1oz
- 6 vanilla beans (chopped) or 1 tablespoon of real vanilla extract.
- Dark Sugar 1 Cup
- Champagne yeast 1 pkg.
Simmer herbs in 2L RO water (don't boil) for 1/2 an hour
Let steep and cool until piss warm and add yeast and sugar.
Let ferment for 1 hour and add another 2L RO (room temperature) water
Strain and bottle.
Let sit in warm cupboard to ferment for 3 days
