Help with travelling to Canada

hey andim i'm going to ocad and i'm going to live on campus, look i wanted to ask about something i know it may sound silly but i want to make sure that i'm going to live safely, some people say that in college i can be beaten by students in college without doing nothing, i'm sorry if this is wrong but i'm just asking some people told me that, so dont take it as an insult.

Andem - can you help with this question? i have no clue on this one, too small a city for this kinda stuff. we have that employment, but just that there is only so much to go round. i am sure the picture is much different in the 'big toe'....(toastguy - that means Toronto). the 'big smoke' is Vancouver. (they mean big smoke not so much for the big smoke - like smog but the BIG SMOKE by too much pot). 8O 8)

i am a canadian who lives in victoria, british columbia on vancouver island. on the westcoast. galiano island is my favorite place to be. that is why i have named myself 'galianomama'. it is a very laid back island - if you ever come out to the coast let me know, and we will show you around. you will love it, and forget all those silly ideas about moving to ontario (too big for me) although i have heard nice things about it. sometimes.

the westcoast is much warmer. well, today is a beautiful sunny day, about 12 degrees celsius and very pleasant out. we have already cut our lawn, we hardly ever get snow, and if we do, we bitch about it constantly. we have palm trees here and olive trees. we also have banana palms growing - in my back yard for example - but a very pleasant place, although small, and on an island.
