Thanks to nickel prices, Sudbury real estate is booming. House prices have doubled and trebled just in the past two years and rentals are at a 0.2% vacancy. I bought this place just at the right time....

Thanks to nickel prices, Sudbury real estate is booming. House prices have doubled and trebled just in the past two years and rentals are at a 0.2% vacancy. I bought this place just at the right time....

We have owned seven houses in the last forty odd years, and we made pretty decent money on every one of them. There were times when high interest rates drove a few people out of their homes, but times change and sometimes inflation works for you.

There is not one shred of evidence that we are more important than any other species or that our lives are more valuable. It is our opinion only. To maintain that we are the centre and destroy other species like we do is the absolute height of avarice.

But we should be very aware of our 'higher' intelligence, 'only' in a way of 'reason' and
'invention', which should guide us to be the caregivers to the rest of the species on this
earth, so that we can 'all' be healthy and survive together, and always leave this earth,
in better shape than when we arrived.
