So your OK with two siblings getting married??

What does it matter to me? Doesn't have any bearing on my life. Why would it bother you? I don't get it.

Well, I'll have to disagree there - if the two siblings had kids, well, aren't kids that come from incest a little bit off?

you know, i just can't get all worked about SSM. why do some people care so much about what someone else is doing? isn't it just kinda fundamental stuff - like minding your own business? i find it really offensive that the people who are so right winged and feel they have to scream it to the 'silent majority' who really don't give a damn. kinda sad in a way, why not take all that energy and do something positive with it. express yourselves in ways that benefits all of mankind, not just yourselves. bad karma. believe me, i know 8O

RE: Harper says he'll pro

No more off than two kids that come from parents carrying any of the numerous inherited diseases, SirKevin. Just my opinion, but I would definitely have taken the time to test both me and my mating partner before bearing kids to make sure they weren't carrying some weird recessive gene. As it was, I got a Jack Russell instead and made sure her linage was clear. :)

The old taboo on incest does have its merit. Look at hemophilia. But I submit it's the same logic as saying who can get married ... I don't feel I have the right to make that call.

I see....truthfully it's an issue I haven't given much thought...partly because it's not an issue facing our society today. Not that that makes ignoring it OK, though....

I think with siblings marriages you do enter shades of grey that don't exist with gay marriage and even polygamy.
