National Donald Duck Day is observed annually on June 9th. This day commemorates the birthday of the funny animal cartoon character, Donald Duck. Donald made his first screen debut on June 9, 1934, in The Wise Little Hen.

My former GP, Dr Newgrosh - who remained my GP until last year when he retired, to be replaced by my childhood friend Dr Marsh - used to do Donald Duck impressions to try and calm me when he wanted to use the stethoscope on me or give me an injection or whatever.
He's a scholar, too. He's written a book about the ancient Phoenicians. A very clever guy.
