Inter-provincial transportation is a purely federal matter. And yes, the feds are not doing a good job. BC, Ontario and Quebec should all be told to go crap in a hat, we are building pipelines through your province, we don't care if you don't like it, so get with the program or Fvck off. That is exactly what the constitution allows them to do.............and they've been playing with these idiots far too long.

All this "co-operation" BS just means nothing gets done in any timely manner, because everyone is lining up for their palms to be greased. I'd love to see us act like a nation.
