On Tues Nov. 3rd 2026 Winnipeg was at Montreal. It looked like the Jets were going to extend their losing streak to 10 games as they were down 4-0 with 2:41 to go in the third. And then, Montreal fell right apart. Winnipeg ended up tying the game with 31 seconds left. That's 4 goals in 2 minutes and 10 seconds. Winnipeg than went on to win it in OT.
I dunno what happened to the Habs there. It's like they figured it was already game over being up 4-zip with just over 2 1/2 minutes to play. Their goalie didn't help either. 4 of the 5 Jets' goals beat him clean from distance with very little to no traffic in front. I don't think I've ever seen the Leafs tank that bad outside of a Playoff game.
