Re:NDP logical choice

Perhaps someday, they will be official opposition, and then we will see their true colours; are they as they acted, or will they be typical politicians"
I would be surprised of Canadian voters didn't consider the NDP to be the logical choice for government. The other two major partys have proven themselves to be 'dishonorable' [etc etc] over and over, so why not give the only other major party ONE CHANCE after all these years?
One complaint I've heard lately is that none of Canada's federal leaders is presenting any vision , a plan, some positive ideas.
But I see Jack Layton laying out all sorts of social and environmental ideas. Homelessness and poverty, toxic sites and Kyoto implementation - NDp has an eye on the horizon and thats what we need now.
Also, the big deal is that the other two HAVE BEEN IN POWER and that means they are entrenched in payola, they are allready "in the trough". At least we would get new people getting the graft with the NDP, if they prove themselves unable to resist that big cookie jar.
Really, its time. Just one term with fresh blood would break so many of the old boy's club links.
