so right... sometimes we really need to be able to see "us" from the eyes of others who love and value us...to be able to believe what they tell us about us and know it is right.

I think my greatest fear just maybe that I still can't see it, even now. But I look at some of the young ones with the gentle spirit of love and compassion and the beautiful bodies and they glow... they radiate... I just think wow kid...you have it all... please see it.

I do know what you're saying. I don't think it's so much that I've learned to see it really, just that life experience has taught me that 'it' is there. But actually "seeing" all of that in myself is still something that is just out of reach.
