After each of these two times, He will send against the Israelites some of His strong and powerful people to punish them.
The first transgression was in the year 1948 when they announced the foundation of their Hebrew state in Palestine and their gangs made great slaughters to Muslims: the Palestinians.
The second transgression was about 20 years later in 1967, when the Israelites made war on the neighboring Arab states: Egypt, Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon, and they occupied the entire land of Palestine.

Then God - be glorified - explained that He will provide the Israelites with much money and aid them and make their army more numerous than the armies of the Arabs altogether... because Muslims have disregarded the essence of their religion: to worship God alone with no associate, partner, or peer, in addition to other disobediences.

And then God - be glorified - started to warn and threaten the Israelites that they should be humane and show kindness to the Arabs and Muslims, because this will lead people to show kindness in return of the kindness and good conduct of the Israelites. On the other hand, if the Israelites choose cruelness and savage conduct, this in turn will make the Muslims deal with them in the same way.

In the end, this will bring bad consequences to the Israelites themselves when they cannot escape God's revenge by giving the Muslims power against the Zionists of Tel Aviv.

6. Then We [will] give you [O Jews] once again your turn to prevail over [Muslims], and increase your wealth and sons and make you [O Jews] more numerous.
