I think someone in the Justice department has finally come to their senses. While signing the peace bond seems simplified on the surface it did give the complainant a chance to speak her mind and tell it exactly as it is. Had it have been a trial she would like have been "handcuffed" and "gagged" by her lawyer and the judge. This way the whole world knows what a rotten S.O.B. Ghomeshi is, instead of all the sympathy he got after the last trial, after the Bimbos got things completely screwed up. Now Ghomeshi can slink off into a dark corner somewhere and pull a cover over his head.

I think it's pretty obvious that he's a scumbag, but I honestly don't understand women who would go out with him more than once, and then complain that he did it again. I just don't get it. Some guy thinks strangling you while having sex is fun, I expect the logical solution is to not go out with him again, unless you enjoyed it yourself.

I think you got the right idea there, but you have to be careful..............Gerry doesn't like it when you bad mouth a guy before he's found officially guilty. One problem is a lot of people thought when the 3 bimbos were admonished, Ghomeshi was once again a "golden hair boy". :) :) In that case justice would have been served if they'd all have been locked up in a single cell for 30 days! :) :)

It is not illegal to be a scumbag. Sometimes being a scumbag is revered and rewarded .. just look at most politicians.

But he admitted in some circles that he like rough, violent sex, so I'm not accusing him of something he didn't already say he did.

They weren't flaky, they perjured themselves. I'm sorry, but this was a cop out on the part of the plaintiff. If you accuse somebody of something in a public arena you should go all the way. The first trial was a joke, the plaintiffs outright lied to the court and now this woman is a hero because she got Ghomeshi to say he's sorry. That apology saved him thousands, possibly tens of thousands in Lawyer fees.

I listen to these women saying, they hope he will be punished, but they aren't willing to go all the way.

This is a mouse fart.

DeCoutere is definitely a flake, RCS and a lying, colluding flake.

This last complainant is no heroine in my eyes. If what she said in her statement has any truth what-so-ever then her explanation as to why she chose to accept the apology just doesn't stand up to scrutiny. She stated that the police told her what she underwent was sexual abuse and the Crown obviously believed she had a case but instead of standing by her convictions she chose to opt out.

"In a perfect world, people who commit sexual assault would be convicted for their crimes. Jian Ghomeshi is guilty of having done the things that I’ve outlined today. So when it was presented to me that the defence would be offering us an apology, I was prepared to forego the trial. It seemed like the clearest path to the truth. A trial would have maintained his lie, and would have further subjected me to the very same pattern of abuse that I am currently trying to stop."

Ghomeshi accuser Kathryn Borel's message to the public - Chatelaine

Ghomeshi was never found guilty of anything. The clearest path to the truth is an apology?? A trial would have maintained his lie? In a courtroom she would have been 'subjected to the very same pattern of abuse'?? Give me a break.

For one you are making perfect sense..................................congratulations! Did you embark on a logic course? :)

I always make sense. Sometimes your comprehension skills are challenged. Good to see you are having one of your good days where they are not.

He's a bit of a hypocrite alright...............rough sex is OK, yet when sexual assault is mentioned he pleads not guilty.

I always make sense.

In your mind...................you have a perfect right to think anything you want. Getting someone else to believe it may be a little trickier! :) :)

He plead not guilty because he said that the "rough sex" was consensual.

He "claims" he didn't rape her, just had rough sex.. He's a rapist, plain and simple.
'

He "claims" he had consensual sex, she is "claiming" it wasn't consensual. Until he is found guilty, he is innocent. You all may not like the guy, you may not like his lifestyle, but the fact remains that he has not been found guilty of sweet p*ss all, and the fact is the women that have made the accusations upto now, haven't been able to get their stories straight.

He's a fukking Rapist.

If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck... he's a duck.

Just like Bill Cosby, how many women coming forward claiming they have been raped until you realize Ghomeshi is a Rapist.

9 Women in total... Jian Ghomeshi is a Rapist.

Ya, so. Ghomeshi has stated that it was consensual. What's the difference?

You defending him so avidly.. why.. you feeling guilty about something in your past.. trying to justify your past??

9 women stated it was not consensual.. but rape.

When a women says NO... it means NO..

You've been watching to much 50 Shades of Grey
