Generation Z is Coming

Born after 1995, two billion of them now worldwide. The wired generation from cradle to grave. And most are intelligent, creative, independent and Conservative.

There's a tidal wave of common sense gathering on the horizon. And it's the result of parenting from the likes of my generation...Gen X.

Alas I fear the pendulum will swing too far the other way. Being a fiscal conservative but social liberal I despise what has come from the protests of the 60s and 70s. We have gone from fighting for freedom of person and equality to a fascist dogma that in many ways is worse than what we fought to change.

The Hippies protested for peace, love and fairness.

Then they grew up and went to Wall Street and screwed everyone they could, all while raising a generation of spoiled brats.

Because my generation has never been 'up', so to speak...we've raised conscientious, independent children who know how to look after and think for themselves.

When they hit the stage, it'll be beautiful!
