So I said I'd do it and I did and the result is...NBD.

It's fine as per the pics fried Halibut always is but the flour itself imparts little flavour and has a fine yet gritty texture that stick in the back of one's throat-Not Recommended.

Also I learned today that what we're being offered as 'Coconut Flour' is in fact the ground dessicated meat left after the actual Coconut Milk has been extracted-no wonder it's always On Sale!

Well this super organic **** I bought was On Sale Cheap like 4 pounds for $2 but I doubt I'll ever buy it again.

Enjoy the pics!

The dried desiccated meat of a coconut is 'coconut'. Whether you make flour from it or shred it and put on top of a doughnut it's still the meat of a coconut. Although I can't see it making a good flour as it is a bit oily.
The fish looks awesome.

It looks very good. I spoon the coconut oil into me every day, I cook with it as well,. Those fish chunks look yummy. Potatoe cooked in coconut oil is yummy, or you can just slather it all over your body and tan.
