IF we had property Rights in Canada things would be different.

A friend of mine had some hooker knock on his door saying she was being stalked, he let her in to stay the night on his sofa. The next she refused to leave and asked for 30 days notice of eviction. Cops wouldn't do anything, the next day he came home from work and he found everything in the house gone.

Usually account numbers. Account numbers must be written down somewhere. And like I said, there's always sabotage if that doesn't work.:D
It's a CC offence to impersonate somebody. Sabotaging utilities will get you time. Ask a dope grower. I'm sure you know a few.

If the 'arrangement' was akin to room and board (ie renting a room with shared common facilities). Your friend has the direct ability to kick them out without ANY notice.

BTW - What the hell was he thinking in letting a hooker into his house in the first place?

30 days. It's a gang scam. They beat up a girl and send her door knocking.

It wouldn't happen. Utilities want more than just an account number. If they tried to cut them off, they'd be back on the same day.

Look, you can't fight using illegal actions against this scammer and doing so would get you in trouble.

It's great to vent the ideas, but acting on them would most likely put your azz in jail.. and for what, this piece of shyte.

The Sherriff can come and remove his belongs and put them on the curb but they can't physically remove him and the lien will stand.
