I could stand to eat better at lunch, that’s for sure. I think my big problem with the river is going to be the smoking....

Today was take out day.

Chicken Vindaloo (on basmati)
Pakora platter (chicken, veggie, and fish)

Had lunch at 1:00 and am still full.....starting to think of snacking on the left overs though....hmmmmmfooood.

Back to the topic at hand ... I have discovered yogurt that is 8% (yup, no typo ... EIGHT percent) fat. It's delicious. I've been scarfing that down for two days. In fact, as I sit here in the middle of the night, I am enjoying some right now. Yum. Low fat is for sissies!

I love youghurt. I love the high fat youghurt best. Can't stand the no fat youghurt . It's like eating unflavoured rice cakes. empty. bland.

Twila ... It's actually made in Quebec, believe it or not! Called Liberty Mediterranee Yogourt. Yummy! I get it at the Market on Yates Street (a kind health food type market) and at some grocery stores, including some Thrifty's. It's worth looking for! ;)
