I believe you shouldn't be forced to do something that is against your morals. So if you dont want to defend an abortion clinic, you shouldn't have to. If a preacher doesn't want to marry a gay couple, he shouldn't have to. Thats why we live in a free country.
This theory works in situations in your private life but not in the workplace. I happen to intensely dislike conspiracy flakes,so if one comes into my place of business I can ignore him? I agree with your point about the marriage issue,but only if the person was hired before the law changed,and there is another preacher available. If you are hired now and refuse to marry gays,then you should be in the pogey line with this cop and maybe a few posties.

Well maybe he could get a job with the french peacekeepers down there in Lebanon..I read somewhere that the french aren't doing **** , as usual, to stop any of the influx of weapons from Syria and Iran, but did say they "might" have to fire on Israeli overflights of Beirut.

I heard they were passing out croissants and ham and butter sandwiches.
