Provinces keep all the money they raise from resources and all their other tax bases. No provincial government funds go to support equalization.

You would do well to understand how equalization works, where the money is generated and how it is 'equally' (definitely the wrong word) distributed back to the provinces. From there, you might (albeit unlikely) be able to form a reasonable and possibly, coherent response

Tard...

obsessed but impotent...thinking of us during his 'away' time...biggest problem is he had to ignore the stronger members after his defeats and is backed into a quiet corner.

whaaa! "Stronger members"??? You mean the shyte-throwers? You mean the idiots you can't articulate a single thought of their... you know, like those that "fish" with their C&P gems? You mean the clubhouseBROs who forever ply their intellectual prowess through their drive-by one-liners... and their reddie disbursements? "Stronger members"!!! Oh my, Locutus - you funny!

you haven't a clue! I strongly suggest you read that article I linked to... but, of course, you won't. You'll simply charge back with thundering bravado... and "tard labeling"!

It amuses me to observe you self-destruct over and over again.

Much like your buddy, Flossy, that was caught outright manipulating a posted article... Yep, you 2 are surely 2 peas in a pod

feel free to take that linked article I posted, challenge particular point(s) relative to your understanding of equalization/transfer and provide your sourced countering claim/statements. Will you do so... or will you simply bluster, insult and distract/deflect?

sir! This, your latest linked article speaks to questions of the "supposed fairness" of equalization... it has nothing to do with the mechanics. You know, where you put up an Ontario debt clock and bellow about West/Oil Money and affected transfer payments... and something about never digging out of that debt. Oh wait, is this you deflecting/distracting/shifting away from your initial post?
Yeah is affecting the transfer payments to Ontario and Quebec.. you guys will never dig yourself out of debt without the West and our Oil Money.

So I'd suggest you and Flossy quit being such Hypocrites when it comes to Oil
.
note: rather than drop an entire article link... quote something you think has relevance! Asking someone to weed through an entire Sun News article is hardly sporting, hey!

From a Liberal Blog??

About | On procedure and politics

Lets try a Canadian Government website..

Federal Transfers to Provinces and Territories

again, if you have specific points to make, specific challenges to present, do so... blindly dropping links and expecting others to... to... to what? I won't read your link unless you do so: make your point, offer your challenge, substantiate your challenge by quoting from your source.

our friend still stings from the bite of his betters, those more robust members who he ran from. his ignore blankie has caused him to lament his decision.

p.s. I avoided referring to 'stronger' members. it makes him mad.

I'm guessing you don't want to give me a hug.
I have a different mission in mind, go check if these two have the same ip like you have already suggested is happening. If the board won a lotto would they now get double shares or no shares?

It would be like the new Wayne & Shuster Comedy Show.

p.s. I avoided referring to 'stronger' members. it makes him mad.

so, uhhh.... when you continually, out of the blue, make a reference to me, is that you attempting to get me OUT OF YOUR HEAD? Ya see, in the last short while I've simply taken to following your routine! You're a freakin' inspiration... yes you are!

by the by, you continuing to whine about the few clubhouseBROs I have ON IGNORE is quite unbecoming your esteemed position on this board! Please, rise above it and don't sully your reputation.
