Blasphemer!! - obviously the parent who bought the system their kid is playing on and allowed their kid to use the internet without providing sufficient parenting on how to use it and let him acquire and play the game without parental guidance and who lives there and has direct access and control over the kid CAN'T be at fault - it MUST be the company who made it and didn't force anyone to buy it.

fortnite is an online game. Cut the kid's internet connection. Pretty simple to do. Take the kid's gaming system away. Pretty simple to do. Is he playing on a phone? Cancel that account as well, kid doesn't need a phone. Then start to work educating him about addictive behavor and what is and isn't appropriate.

Or, you know, sue the company which has nothing to do with your crappy parenting.
