Everyone has the musical-taste skeletons in the closet. Favorites they wouldn't admit to in church confession. Here's the place to get it all out. Songs and/or artists.

I enjoy... *gulp*...Willy Nelson. Man that was hard to type. I don't like all of his stuff but some of it is pure genius.

I even like some of the 70's disco stuff. Not all, just the funky stuff  .

Come on, let it out.

Me, Sonny and Cher. Anything they did. I play a Greatest Hits CD of theirs at least once a week.In fact, shamefaced I admit, I prefer Cher with Sonny to solo:)

Anybody else like Hank William's old stuff...? I went to one of his concerts when I was a kid and I got hooked. He died about a year later.

Who could not like Patsy Kline?

Was Victoria, now Ottawa
Okay okay, Corey Hart. Motley Crue. Ratt. Tears For Fears.
The song "Lets Get Physical". Dont know who did it.
And "Lets Hear It For the Boy".
It all takes me back to being a kid, not caring about anything except when The Transformers came on.

LOL Gonzo you are speaking my launguage.

Juan I grew up listening to Hank, Willie, Dolly, Loretta, Earl Thomas Connelly, Elvis, Patsy, Charlie, Waylen, the list is endless- on Saturday nights the local station plays all the oldies and it's wonderful to hear all my favs being played.

George Jones, he stopped loving her today, sniff sniff they place a wreathe upon his grave sniff sniff.

Does anyone here have any 78s? Does anyone here know what a 78m is? I have about a hundred and fifty LPs that I drag out and play once in a while. The kids bought me a turntable a few years ago but alas, it doesn't do 78s.

Jay NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO come back from the dark side.

Juan a 78 came up at the Auction on Sunday, try the pawn shops in your area. The 78 mean machine went for four dollars so if I come across one again Juan I'll spring for the four bucks and pick one up for you. Are you looking for an eight track player also???:)

Deep breath, I love the Carlton Show Band. Ha, I bet no one knows who they are and their country of origin.

Stompin' Tom Connors... but I deny him in public.

I threaten my kids with Slim Whitman if they don't behave on road trips, and it works like a charm.

Saskatchewan eh!
Stompin Tom goes through popularity spurts out here. I have a few of his songs.

For me, almost can't say it. Celine Dion. Four cds in total.

Never got into eight tracks Sassy.. I'm always slow getting on bandwagons and cassette tapes seemed the way to go by the time I got around to it.

What I'm looking for is a turntable that will do 45s, 33s, and 78s and that will fit right into my stereo system. Dual used to make one years ago.

No cabinet. My system is all components and I'm running out of room. Thanks for the offer. I've been looking and these machines are still available at something over three hundred dollars.:sad10:
