That is a big problem with antibiotics. People are never told that they need to replace the beneficial bacteria killed in the process.

A doctor once told me I needed antibiotics and I told him I didn't do them. He asked why and I told him about killing the beneficial bacteria. He said there was no such thing as beneficial bacteria and I told him he was an idiot.

You could also eat a lot of cheese. It usually turns to cement in my colon.
