Which would be amusing, considering they don't brace for parole hearings for other serial killers.
flossie thinks it's mean, unfair, and probably racist to have an emotional response to an event unless you have exactly the same emotional response to all similar events.

No, I just find it amusing that the real reason people actually care about this is because it was blasted on the news for eternity.

I expect that the families of victims do, in fact, 'brace' for the hearings. If you pay any attention to the news, you'd know this.
I don't need news to tell me that families of victims get concerned over the hearings of associated criminals.
