Chalk up another victory for the Pastafarians.
A woman from the sect that promotes a lighthearted view of religion is the fourth person in the U.S. who was allowed to wear a pasta strainer in her driver's license photo.
"I'm a really proud, outspoken atheist," Jessica Steinhauser, a Utah member of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, told The Spectrum of St. George newspaper Monday. "I am proud of Utah for allowing freedom of all religions in what is considered by many to be a one-religion state."
Fellow church member and Surrey, B.C. native Obi Canuel was unsuccessful in his attempt to wear a colander on his head in the photo on his license application last year.
Canuel said preventing him from wearing the kitchen accessory is a violation of his religious freedom.
The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, which administers the driver's licence system, said they are aiming to maintain a balance between the reputation of the system and individual religious freedom.

I want to wear my Cock piece next time.

OR ya could just wear your

noun: codpiece; plural noun: codpieces; noun: cod-piece; plural noun: cod-pieces
a pouch, especially a conspicuous and decorative one, attached to a man's breeches or close-fitting hose to cover the genitals, worn in the 15th and 16th centuries

But drivers licenses don't usually have photos of my junk.

Can't really think of a funny joke so, "Getting head". Just a punch line will have to do.

How about "What a Cockhead?"
