I'm lazy like that. Dex has refuted some, too, and it's up to him if he wants to continue. I figure 1 is good enough to throw doubt on the rest. And they are hypotheses, not theories.

Why are your unproven theories not hypotheses but theories and my proven theories are mere hypotheses and not theories? The electric sun fer instance , verified by the math I'm led to understand. I hardly need to mention that we can actually see it.

Don't you feel like you're tempting fate, a bit, you could be fossilized in your yard someday.

Limestone eh? I tend to find the majority of ammonites in shale.
The answer is simple - Velikovsky gave it in the 50s. The electrical petrification followed/ accompanied massive Earth movements, causing mud/ sand/ seabed deposits to encase whatever critters were caught up. Hence we dig up shale, sandstone and limestone encased fossils. Simples! Maybe you all thought that anyway?
