Dutch lawmaker to launch international anti-Islam group - CTV News

THE HAGUE, Netherlands — Maverick Dutch lawmaker Geert Wilders says he is launching an international "freedom alliance" to spread his anti-Islam message across the West.

He told The Associated Press in an interview Thursday he will launch the international movement late this year, initially in five countries: the United States, Canada, Britain, France and Germany.

Wilders, who calls Islam a "fascist" religion and wants an end to immigration from Muslim nations to the West, has seen his support in the Netherlands soar in recent years.

His Freedom Party won the biggest gains in a national election last month, coming third with 24 seats, up from the nine his party held in the last parliament.

Wilders is due to stand trial in October on hate speech charges.

Gotta love the double standards.... fight intolerance and hate with more hate and intolerance.

He speaks of Islam in general being a fascist religion, yet wants to promote a fascist mentality of singling out an entire group of people in the world, ban them from coming to our countries and act as though all the problems in the world today stem only from Muslims, including moderates...... something like what Hitler did to rise to power, via blaming all their problems on Jews and other minorities.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Oh well.

Any educated and wise man cannot hate people according to their race or belonging to any country.

All people are created by God; so why should we hate Jews merely because they are Jews, or hate Iranians merely because they are Persian as do some racist among Muslims call them.:faroah:

To me, I don't hate Jews or any other sects or races or peoples, but only I dislike the atheism and the idolatry and the denial of the prophets of God, and I love God and the religion of God.

On the other hand, why was Prophet David and Prophet Moses before him, and other true believers like Imam Ali; why were such men hated by their own people; so that for example Prophet David was pursued by his people to capture and kill him, so he ran away to the mountains (that was before he became the king)?

Now, the Islam is the same Judaism the same Christianity in the origin. [The First Commandment] is the religion of God: to serve God alone without associate or son or equal.

That is because most people are hypocrites: pretending to be righteous God's servants, while the truth is opposite of that.

And I read a narration from Imam Ali - salam be to him - that he said:
"The believer cannot hate me, neither can the hypocrite love me; because it is stated by the tongue of Prophet Mohammed: [Ali, none loves you but only the believer, and none hates you but only the hypocrite.] "

This is only a narration which is not in the Quran. And I don't mean any enthusiasm about Ali or any other man, but only to demonstrate this fact. :faroah:

So the one that opposes and antagonizes the religion of God; such man is certainly a hypocrite.
