Lol!...man, the left is sure bitter they didn't get their man.

In case you forgot, this was Duffy vs. Harper and Duffy won.

And the shyt this judge is saying about the PMO is unprecedented.

Even took me by surprise.

He also cleared the senator of three charges relating to the $90,000 payment from Mr. Harper’s former chief of staff Nigel Wright, slamming the “unbelievable lengths” that “Wright and his crew” went to so they could force Mr. Duffy to quietly repay his expenses chronicled though hundreds of pages of e-mails submitted to the court.

“The political, covert, relentless unfolding of events is mind boggling and shocking,” Justice Vaillancourt told the court.

“The precision and timing of the exercise would make any military commander proud. However, in the context of a democratic society, the plot that is revealed in the e-mails can only be described as unacceptable.”

.. in the context of a democatic society, the plot that is revealed can only be described as unacceptable.

Unacceptable

In a democratic society.

The Harper government's behaviour in a democratic society is

Unacceptable.

Duffy cleared of all charges as judge excoriates Harper’s office

The next bit really blew me away... He's basically describing conbots lol

“The email traffic that has been produced at this trial causes me to pause and ask myself, ‘Did I actually have the opportunity to see the inner workings of the PMO?’ ” Vaillancourt asked himself. “Was Nigel Wright actually ordering senior members of the Senate around as if they were mere pawns on a chessboard? Were those same senior members of the Senate meekly acquiescing to Mr. Wright’s orders? Were those same senior members of the Senate robotically marching forth to recite their provided scripted lines? Did Nigel Wright really direct a Senator to approach a senior member of an accounting firm that was conducting an independent audit of the Senate with the intention to either get a peek at the report or part of the report prior to its release to the appropriate Senate authorities or to influence that report in anyway?Does the reading of these emails give the impression that Senator Duffy was going to do as he was told or face the consequences? The answers to the aforementioned questions are: YES; YES; YES; YES; YES; and YES!!!!! The political, covert, relentless, unfolding of events is mind-boggling and shocking.

An acquittal for Duffy, an obliteration for Stephen Harper’s PMO

The worst in all of this, was Harper willing to help out and pay for all the expenses to make the whole thing go away and save thousands of dollars in his process.

Looks like Harper tried to be the nice guy and got burnt

Nice guys always finish last it looks like.

Imagine all the money the tax payers would have saved

The Conservative party would have payed for duffy's expenses. Saving tax payers from paying it

And then the tax payers would have saved all the money from the very expensive court process.

Looks like Harper didn't even need to pay for Duffy . As his expenses were all perfectly legal

In case you forgot, this was Duffy vs. Harper and Duffy won.

Duffy cleared of all charges as judge excoriates Harper’s office - The Globe and Mail

Yes because Harper thought that Duffy had actually done something wrong but really he hadn't

So he was willing to take conservative money to save the tax payer the burden of having to pay for Duffy's expenses

Now we have the burden to pay Duffy's expenses and the burden of paying for his court fee's.

Let's all rejoice that we need to pay millions of dollars  MentalFloss is about as smart as a two by four

He gets ****ed in the *** everyday by a limp government dick and enjoys ever minute of it.

We are laughing that you think that millions of dollars of tax payer expenses that could have been avoided are being charged to us right now. This is a great moment in Canadian history.

Again, thank you for providing million of hours of entertainment for us MentalFloss. I really don't know what we would do without you to laugh at.

Were you laughing at how the judge actually talked about conbots?

I know I did.

Can't wait for the next rebuke. :)

The election, polls, George Bush, Donald Trump, etc.

You can't deny that the right wing is generally associated with evil, lying douchebags.

Rob Ford
Tim Hudak
Harper
Mulroney

The list goes on.

People do not have the same impression of others.

You sure do have a funny take on reality.

That whole Duffy debacle was one of the factors that swung the last election. Now it looks like nasty political propaganda. Now who would benefit the most from a smear campaign, like that?

Bob Stanfield, Joe Clark? Oh, come on ....

I'm no fan of Preston Manning but I sure wouldn't think of him as an evil, lying douchebag.

From the same source that called trudOWe's meager win a "landslide" no less. Yep no bias there.

There was never much doubt Duffy could beat most of the trumped up charges because there were never any rules to break in the first place.

Take a look at the graph I posted earlier.

Harper's never hit above 42%.

The gap between the Liberals and Cons is huge and they know it.

You already have the PCs in Ontario moving left and accepting a carbon tax.

The federal party needs to change as well or it's bye bye for the Conservatives for at least a decade.
