There are over three hundred million people in the US hardly a case for a drug crazed nation.
Almost every country in the world has a drug problem including the Muslim World there we don't
hear about it.
Yes there is a problem but its not the entire nation.

Drugs are a public health problem, not a criminal justice problem. Large men in black fatigues with big guns are not the optimum solution.
