Authorities are warning the public about a "hitman" scam that involves fraudsters posing as paid assassins – and telling victims there is a contract out on their life.

Who is stupid enough to fall for that?

You. Because you asked.

If they have to put a warning label on Preparation H not for oral use, you know someone has used it for oral use.

If they had to post a warning ⚠️ to people about hitman fraudsters, someone fell for it.
Preparation H is hydrocortisone (corticosteroid) which can be used to treat a variety of skin conditions (such as insect bites, poison oak/ivy, eczema, dermatitis, allergies, rash, itching of the outer female genitals, anal itching) and yes, orally.

Preparation H would work excellent on canker sores or swollen gums like it does for the abbreviated list above.

For mouth and/or gum problems: Adults—Apply (Hydrocortisone) to the affected area two or three times a day, after meals and at bedtime.Mar 1, 2024

How stupid do you gotta be to swallow Hydrocortisone? As stupid as you who thinks Prep H is just for assholes and people who think they have a hit on them?

When youre done transitioning you can use it on your pseudocooch.

Spit dont swallow.

The scams are real though, and I don’t know what the odds of profitability are, one in a thousand (?) or whatever, but if they didn’t work, they wouldn’t exist.

Smart people can get fooled, just as easily as the not so smart at times. Here’s an attempt from the middle of the night, sitting on my phone here this morning, & I do not have a Royal Bank account:

Someone waking up (or panicked) might not take the time to realize (if the scammer had hit up on the right Bank name) that a bank would “X” all the first handful of numbers & provide you with the last four…not the first four, etc…

I also know of someone, one step removed from my circle & a bright guy, who got suckered in and lost $17,000.00 to one of those scams where “your Grandchild is in trouble” etc…& this person is a retired revenue Canada accountant. It can happen.
