Well they cannot even track cell phones of Canadians who may be on their way to a terror org as has happened. Kinda fffn dumb that they cannot do that outside of Canada.

Canada's intel gathering must go international. I agree with Harpo on this one.

The Yanks and Brits don't share all their intel with us, only what they think we need to know. Which I'm sure isn't much.

It took six months for CSIS to go to Ireland to send an investigater for the Air India crash, These guys need to get out more. There must be info out there on the Arctic that is of specific interest to us that we should we listening for.
