I, for one, don't care. I also don't care what China thinks of us. I don't care what the Aussies think of us. I don't care what Norwegians think of us. I'm quite sure most of them have not spent a great deal of time wondering what I think of them either. I do believe that those that dwell on it have a bit of an inferiority issue happening.

We are (or have been up to now) an exporting nation. I think it would be in our best interest if other countries view our products and workmanship favourably.

I agree but that's not really what this thread is all about...and if it was, I would say that the Americans views us as the rest of the world sees us, a supplier of natural resources.

Maybe not originally. Not just Natural resources, but processed natural resources, eg. finished lumber products and processed mineral resources.

Still no facts.

Fact is American pilots are better than habib trained for a couple of weeks. No finite results unless well trained Russians fight well trained Americans.

Not sure why you and Colpy can conclude otherwise based on nothing.

Saying "habib" (your word) was only trained a couple of weeks before he takes controls is not an educated statement.

About as educated as using dogfight results from the Gulf war to illustrate the superiority of American fighters over Russian ones.

Really? How else would you compare then?

Yeah sorry, Avro/enforcer here.

Had to come in this way after being banned again.

Anyways, I would compare them with equally trained pilots. You don't seriously think the pilots of Iraq were trained nearly as well as the Western pilots do you?

Is this you Avro? Aren't you banned?

No I don't... but I believe they had more than two weeks training and in lieu of WWIII it is the only way to compare.

Yes it is the only way to compare but that dosen't mean it gives you real results.

I'm not saying MIG's are superior and the reason for that is the conditions aren't the best so I can't draw any conclusions.

So what did you get banned for?
