Male polar bears do not like females turning them down. They can get very angry and upset. At least that is what I heard going around the zoo.

Maybe the female played stupid and turned down his offer to have a beer with him? The male felt rejected and said that if I can't have a beer with you no other bear will. It happens all the time in polar bear society from my understanding. LOL.
Amongst the "dump" bears in Nunavut maybe but in hoity toity Detroity? I can't see it
